Healing Stages

 BROWS WILL HEAL IN FOUR STAGES:


FIRST STAGE (Week 1) -  Dark, Bold & Unnatural

  • Brows will start developing a thin layer of scab
  • Do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch brow area.
  • Keep brows dry and clean
  • After 4 days, start applying ointment.  Continue until brows are no longer scabbing.


SECOND STAGE (Week  2) - Itchy, Peeling & Pa

 BROWS WILL HEAL IN FOUR STAGES:


FIRST STAGE (Week 1) -  Dark, Bold & Unnatural

  • Brows will start developing a thin layer of scab
  • Do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch brow area.
  • Keep brows dry and clean
  • After 4 days, start applying ointment.  Continue until brows are no longer scabbing.


SECOND STAGE (Week  2) - Itchy, Peeling & Patchy

  • Scab is starting to feel tight and dry.
  • Itching and flaking will occur this week.
  • This is the beginning stage of scabs starting to peel off. 
  • Avoid picking or scratching.  This causes patchy results or scarring.


THIRD STAGE (Week 3) - Light & Uneven

  • Scabs are done peeling.
  • Brows appear very light (varies for each individual) after scabs come off.
  • over the next 6 weeks color will continue to surface and darken up.
  • Brows are safe from water.  Return to normal routines.


FOUTH STAGE (Week 4) - Darker & Fuller

  • Brows have fully healed, all redness has faded.


MICROBLADING IS A TWO APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE.  A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP WILL BE NEEDED TO MAKE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS AFTER 6 WEEKS.

If you have any unexpected problems with the healing of the skin, please contact us immediately to discuss further instructions.  These are signs of an infection and must be treated by a physician.
Contact a physician is any of the following signs or symptoms develop: fever, redness at site, swelling, tenderness of the procedure site, elevated body temperature, red streaks from procedure site to heart, and/or any green, yellow discharge that is foul in odor. 

LIP HEALING:


FIRST DAY( Immediately after procedure) 

  • Lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch.
  • Color will appear bright
  • Lips may be swollen


DAY 1 - 3 

  • Apply ointment provided by Soleil & Luna to lips several times a day.
  • Keep lips moist at all times.
  • Avoid oily, greasy, spicy, and heavily seasoned food.
  • Drink beverages through 

LIP HEALING:


FIRST DAY( Immediately after procedure) 

  • Lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch.
  • Color will appear bright
  • Lips may be swollen


DAY 1 - 3 

  • Apply ointment provided by Soleil & Luna to lips several times a day.
  • Keep lips moist at all times.
  • Avoid oily, greasy, spicy, and heavily seasoned food.
  • Drink beverages through a straw.
  • After all meals rinse lips with water, pat dry, and reapply ointment.


DAY 4-7

  • Lips will begin and finish peeling during this time.
  • Color will be 30-50% lighter.
  • Do not pick or rub at peeling skin.  Allow it to fall off naturally.
  • Continue keeping lips moist using ointment.


WEEK 2

  • Lips have finished peeling.
  • Color is light but more will resurface over healing .
  • Client can return to normal routine.
  • Healing will continue (up tp 6 weeks) 
  • Continue keeping lips moist using ointment, until healing is complete.  Keeping lips moist helps retain good color at the end of healing.


WEEKS 6-8

  • Lips are fully healed!

 

LIP BLUSH IS A TWO APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE.  A COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UP WILL BE NEEDED TO MAKE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS AFTER 6 WEEKS.
